The Bluffs of Cartecay
The bluffs is just .5 miles from East Ellijay. The development has homesites that overlook the North Georgia Mountains, or sit directly on the Cartecay River. Homesites range from .75 to 1 acre in size. Twenty-two sites are on the water. All roads are paved and underground utilities are in place. The Bluffs community will include a tennis court, pool and pavillion on the river.
