The 186 acre resort offers homesites over .75 acres in size, with half
of those being on the creeks located on the property. The Preserve offers
a rural natural setting only a few miles from Ellijay and sixty miles
from Atlanta. The resort is located along the beautiful Mountaintown Creek
that connects to Carters Lake.
